The liquid used for the Tobermory Hebridean Series is from casks that were originally laid down for Tobermory 15 Year Old. Released annually over five years, each edition highlights the distinctive character of our Hebridean home and the magic that an extra year of maturation in González Byass Sherry Casks brings to our beloved Tobermory spirit.

The Hebridean Series:
•    23-Year-Old: The first release in the series, this whisky sets the stage with its rich and complex flavours, matured to perfection in González Byass Sherry Casks. It has an ABV of 46.3% and features notes of honey, fruit, and vanilla.
•    24-Year-Old: Building on the foundation of the 23-year-old, this edition offers deeper, more nuanced notes that highlight the distinctive character of our Hebridean home. With an ABV of 48.5%, it introduces a greater intensity with hints of spice, dark fruits, and oak.
•    25-Year-Old: This middle release brings a harmonious balance of flavors, showcasing the magic that an extra year of maturation brings to our beloved Tobermory spirit. It has an ABV of 48.1% and features unexpected notes of peaches, lemon peel, and a delicate floral touch.
•    26-Year-Old: As we near the end of the series, this whisky presents a refined and elegant profile, with layers of complexity that delight the senses. With an ABV of 49.2%, it offers a seamless harmony of spice and sweetness, with notes of vanilla, toffee, and freshly baked cinnamon pastries.
•    27-Year-Old: The final release in the series, this exceptional whisky is the culmination of years of craftsmanship and dedication, offering a truly unforgettable tasting experience, and closing the series this year. It has an ABV of 50.1% and features a rich, complex profile with hints of dark chocolate, dried fruits, and a touch of smokiness.
