Terms & Conditions:
Helicopter: Maximum 4 people. All flights are subject to advanced booking, please note availability for the helicopter may be limited between 18th June and 8th July 2025, however, the prize donor will do their best to accommodate if this period contains a preferred date. Trip will be dependent on suitable flying conditions (if helicopter cannot fly another date will be considered within the validity period of prize).
Mingary Castle: Available lunch dates are Thursday- Sunday (excludes Monday-Wednesday). Closed 23rd-30th November 2025. Pre-booking required. Mingary Castle will select wines for the pairing to suit the menu and advise on menu choices.
Balmoral Executive Travel (Chauffeur): Maximum 4 people, pre-booking required, *pick up/drop off for the group is from/to one location of winner’s choice in Edinburgh (any other requests must be discussed directly between the winner and Balmoral Executive Travel and any additional expenses covered by the winner if request can be granted).
Valid until 31st December 2025 (excludes Christmas holidays (please see above for any other exclusions), non-transferable. Dates are subject to availability of all parties involved, no cash alternative. We advise organising dates as soon as possible post Auction prize win. Not transferrable to auction or raffle at any other event or online auction.
